Pupils who are interested can obtain application forms from Music teachers during Music lessons and handed in on or before 6^th October (Monday).

Late entries will not be accepted.

有興趣參加比賽之學生，可於上音樂課時向音樂老師索取報名表格，並於十月六日(星期一)或之前交回。
